I can't say enough good things about Air Care Systems. They have taken care of my business HVAC repairs for several years now. From a small office unit to my 10 Ton units, they do it all! They are knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and don't overcharge like some other companies do. They are always on time and answer calls 24/7. They were able to answer some questions on the phone to avoid an after-hours visit that would have been more expensive.

We had a new system installed by another company five years ago and it was never right. It froze up almost daily every summer. Year after year the company that installed it said there was nothing wrong with it. So enough was enough. We needed it fixed. I sent an e-mail to Air Care Systems with the subject line: "Need an Expert".They replied quickly and came out as scheduled. Totally professional. They diagnosed the problem and confirmed what the problem was with the manufacturer of the unit and ordered the replacement part. The very next morning they showed up as planned and installed the part. The system now is FANTASTIC and unbelievable! It's been flawless and we are beyond happy! We've had plenty of hot and humid weather and it's so refreshing to have the system working so great.

Excellent Customer Care
We have used Air Care for years and they have always been fast to get to you. They also do only what needs done to fix the problem. We had an old unit and I told Mr. Wilburn to put a new unit in. He fixed it for $25 and it worked fine the rest of the season! They are honest and caring. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Cody and his team are real pros! They came out and analyzed my environment providing a free quote that was highly competitive! Of course, I went with them. Cody's team arrived on time, were very respectable with "social distancing", and installed my unit within 3 hours flat. Amazing! My wife wanted me to mention that they were also very professional and she didn't have to clean up "very much" after them, of course, she can find something to clean up in the cleanliness of environments.
